Thank you for using SimpleERP Sales. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how the SimpleERP Sales mobile application handles information when you use it.
SimpleERP Sales is a business mobile application that connects to a privately hosted SimpleERP server provided by your employer or organization. The app does not have its own backend, cloud service, or data store operated by the app developer. All data you enter, view, or generate through the app is sent directly to and stored on your organization's own server.
The app may use or temporarily store the following on your device:
The app does not collect, transmit, or share any of the above with the app developer or any third party. All data goes only between your device and your organization's server.
The app requests access to your device's camera solely to scan product barcodes when adding items to sales invoices, purchase orders, or stock transactions. Camera access is used in real-time only and no images or video are stored, recorded, or transmitted.
The app requires internet or local network access to communicate with your organization's SimpleERP server. Network requests contain only data you explicitly enter (such as sales orders, customer selections, or item searches) and authentication tokens. No analytics, advertising, or tracking requests are made.
SimpleERP Sales does not use any third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, crash-reporting services, or social media integrations. No data is shared with any third party by the app itself.
The app stores only a server URL, username preference, and session token on your device. These are cleared when you log out. All business data (invoices, items, customers, etc.) is stored exclusively on your organization's server and subject to your organization's own data retention policies.
This application is a business tool intended for use by employees and business operators. It is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
All communication between the app and your server is authenticated using JSON Web Tokens (JWT). We recommend that your organization's server is configured to use HTTPS to encrypt data in transit. The app does not weaken or bypass any transport security provided by your server.
Because all business data is managed by your organization's SimpleERP server, requests to access, correct, or delete personal data should be directed to your organization's ERP administrator. The app developer does not hold or control your business data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
